How long will my portrait sessions last?

Expect to spend an hour or two at your photography session. This includes time to change your clothes and prepare once you have arrived.

What is a pre-paid session?

Your session payment must be paid at the time of your appointment. We accept Visa and MasterCard, Check or Cash. Your session is not confirmed until the session fee is paid and is non-refundable.

What happens if I am late?

We strive to provide everyone with the same quality session; this requires time and attention. The session will be cancelled and your session fee forfeited if you are more than fifteen minutes late. You will then have to reschedule and pay your session fee again.

What should I bring?

Bring your favorite hat, musical instrument, pet, sunglasses, hobby, Letter jacket, vehicles, uniform, sports activity or anything else you feel would show off the Real You. Don't forget summertime activities too: boom box, fishing or skiing gear. If you have a telephone in your room, bring it. No idea is too crazy, and since we’ll only try a few poses with it, you have nothing to lose, so GO FOR IT!!

Can I bring someone with me?

Absolutely, some people find it more comfortable to bring mom or dad, a friend, brother or a sister along to help ease the “camera room jitters”.

When will I be able to see my portraits?

Your senior portrait proofing cd and guide pages will be ready approximately one week after your appointment.There is a $100 deposit on the cd if you would like to take it out of the studio for a week,this deposit will apply to your photo order. We will schedule a proof viewing appointment when you come in for your portrait session. You can save 10% on your order if you order at the time of the proof viewing appointment.

What about my yearbook portrait?

Your school has established the type of portrait required for your yearbook and the date it is due to the yearbook staff. Several yearbook style portraits will be taken at your portrait session. Yearbook portraits are provided at no cost with any order placed before Dec 1^st. Sorry we are unable to provide the yearbook photograph when there has been no order placed.

How do I place my order?

For your convenience, we will schedule your order appointment approximately one week after your proof viewing appointment, or if you would like to order at the time of your proof viewing appointment you will save 10% off your order. We require ½ of your account balance to start processing your order.

What costs am I going to incur?

Sessions and print packages vary to fit just about any budget.

When will I receive my prints?

As the season fluctuates, the earlier in the school year you place your order the better off you are with production time. It takes 4 - 8 weeks to receive your final order.
