Beautiful Moments Photography has general policies
concerning payment, photography and appointments.
Payment is due in full at time of booking for all session fees.We accept Visa, Mastercard, checks & cash, (we will hold an appointment on our book to wait for your check up to three days). A deposit of 50% of your total order is due when your order is placed. Balance due and must be paid in full upon completion or before any part of your portrait order leaves the studio (This includes the yearbook glossy). After notification, orders that are left beyond 30 days are subject to a $20.00 storage fee per month.We are not responsible for orders left over 90 days. Bounced check fee is $25.00.
Photography
We give each customer individualized attention, which makes each photo session personal and unique to that person, persons, or group. We strive to capture the real you. If you are not happy with your photos we have a guarantee which is explained in detail on our pricing page.
Appointments
Sessions
and all other subsequent visits are by appointments only. To ensure everyone
has his or her session un-interrupted we ask FOR NO ONE TO "STOP BY" WITH OUT AN APPOINTMENT. Please call to reserve your date and time.
Cancellations do occur, but they must be under most EXTREME circumstances. Your
appointment is a segment of time set aside for only you. If you fail to
make your appointment or fail to reschedule it ahead of time, your
session fee will be forfeited.

Protection
The copyright act protects photographers by giving the author of the photograph the exclusive right to reproduce your photographs. This includes the right to control the making of copies.
It is illegal to copy, scan or reproduce our
photographs without our permission. Besides that...it's just not nice! Violators of this Federal
Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties
We will try to accommodate
all reasonable requests. Please feel free to discuss your needs with us so that
we may have the opportunity to serve you better.
